Locations listed on The Street Sound App ("App") are provided at the discretion of local city officials, agencies, or authorized representatives (“Listors”). The Street Sound Society does not guarantee the legal status, authority, or accuracy of the Listors who submit or manage location listings on the platform. The Street Sound Society does not guarantee the legal status, availability, safety, or suitability of any location listed within the app. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, the inclusion of a location does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement by the Street Sound Society regarding its permissibility for public performance or busking.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for confirming any local rules, laws, or regulations before performing at a listed location.
   
• The Street Sound Society shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, legal actions, or disputes arising from performing at any location listed within the app.
   
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Street Sound Society, its affiliates, partners, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions resulting from your use of location data or performance activities.
   

Always follow local laws and respect public spaces. When in doubt, consult directly with the governing city or authority responsible for the space.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of limited personal data, including but not limited to your name, performance type, location preferences, and media you choose to upload such as photos, videos, or descriptions of your performances.

Usage of Data for Promotion:

• With your consent, the Street Sound Society may use your public-facing profile, uploaded content, or performance schedule to promote your performances on the App, our website, or affiliated social media accounts.
   
• These promotions are intended to help drive audience engagement, showcase talent, and highlight featured performers.
   
• You may opt out of promotional features at any time by adjusting your settings or contacting us directly.
   

Data Privacy and Control:

• We do not sell your personal information.
   
• Your private data is stored securely and used only to enhance your experience and the functionality of the App.
   
• You retain full ownership of your content. By uploading media to the app, you grant the Street Sound Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content within the context of the app and its promotional materials.
   
• You may request the removal of your content or data at any time.
   

By continuing to use the Street Sound App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

The App provides tools for users to reserve time slots at locations listed by partners and contributors. While we strive to ensure a reliable scheduling system, users acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Scheduling is not guaranteed. Availability may change at any time due to local regulations, public events, weather conditions, maintenance, or actions taken by city authorities.
   
• The Street Sound Society is not responsible for double-bookings, cancellations, or access issues that may occur due to unforeseen changes or errors by city officials, third-party contributors, or system limitations.
   
• Users are encouraged to verify their booking status before arrival and to follow any posted city instructions or on-site regulations.
   
• In the event of a conflict, the Street Sound Society may attempt to provide alternative slots or locations but is not obligated to offer compensation for lost performance time or opportunities.

• The Street Sound Society does not pay performers, and we do not guarantee audience size, tips, or income of any kind. All performance-related earnings are the sole responsibility and opportunity of the performer.
   
• By using the scheduling feature, you agree to release and hold harmless the Street Sound Society from any claims, losses, or disputes arising from booking errors, location inaccessibility, or third-party cancellations.
   

We recommend arriving early, keeping proof of your scheduled time slot, and remaining flexible in the rare case that a conflict arises.

The Street Sound App allows users to make reservations at locations listed on the platform. However, the actual on-site experience may differ from what is shown or expected.

Street Sound is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the following:

• Street Sound does not mediate or intervene in any on-site conflicts, disputes, or scheduling issues between performers, city officials, private security, or other parties.

• Access to or control over the physical location
   
• We are wholly not responsible for any disputes, access denials, cancellations, or enforcement actions that occur at the listed locations.
   
• Street Sound makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, legality, or exclusivity of any booking or location.

• We do not verify ongoing activity at any location and cannot guarantee that your reservation will be honored by external parties.
   
• All performances are at your own risk. You are solely responsible for complying with local rules, regulations, and directions from authorities or property managers.

• Street Sound is not responsible for the prudence, decisions, or safety practices of any performer. Users are expected to exercise their own judgment, prioritize personal safety, and refrain from performing in any location or situation they deem unsafe or inappropriate. All participation is at the performer’s own risk. No penalty will be imposed for choosing not to perform due to safety concerns.
   
• Street Sound does not provide alternative bookings, suggestions, or compensation in the event of a scheduling conflict, eviction, or other on-site issues.
   

By using the app, you release the Street Sound Society from any liability, claims, or damages related to scheduling errors, location disputes, or public enforcement actions.
